9 Activities Can Burn Your Calories

If you're trying to lose weight, it could be burning calories per day to your serious attention. To burn hundreds of calories per day, most people are willing to spend money to be a member of a fitness club or gym. Then spend many hours to reach the ideal weight.

5. Ice Skating
